EXPRESSION OF GRATITUDE TO PARUYON
I would sincerely like to thank this support group for helping me assist one of my
friends who is an expatriate American who has resided in Japan for a few decades
and is a permanent resident of Japan who speaks Japanese but is not able to read nor
write it very well.
She became seriously ill which required surgery being done at one hospital,
then being moved to another, and finally to a rehabilitation center.
Just before this happened to her, I found out about the existence of your
support group both in Tokyo and in Kyoto and introduced it to her in order to
help her solve some of her problems because I reside in Kanto and was not able
to visit her in Kansai due to personal issues.
Paruyon had met my friend in Kansai and assisted her in numerous ways, which
I appreciate very deeply because I am not a very capable speaker of Japanese.
Without the support provided to my friend from PARUYON, I would have been at
a total loss.
