NPO Foreign Women’s Association Paruyon is hiring! 
Paruyon is a Japan-based non-profit organization that creates safe and inclusive spaces for foreign women. For over 18 years, we have supported women through community-building and access to essential information. Over the past four years, we have also actively supported Ukrainian evacuees in Japan through psychological support and community programs.
At Paruyon, we are building more than events — we are building a support system. Our mission is to reduce isolation, foster meaningful human connections, and support women navigating life in a new country. Because living abroad isn’t always easy — and no one should have to go through it alone.
Open Positions:
1. Volunteer & Activity Coordinator — one for Kansai / one for Kanto
Kansai (Osaka/Kyoto)
Events: Osaka & Kyoto
Office: Kyoto (close to Gojo Kawaramachi)
Kanto (Tokyo area)
Events: Shinjuku, Itabashi, Kawaguchi (Saitama), Kawasaki (Kanagawa)
Office: Tokyo (Itabashi-ku)
20–30 hours/month
1300 JPY/hour + transportation
Responsibilities:
— plan and run community events
— communicate with participants & volunteers
— build local partnerships
— support community growth
— simple website & social media updates (training provided)
Requirements:
— women only
— English: advanced / business / native
— Japanese: native or from N3 up

2. Japanese PR / 広報担当 (Part-time) (Japanese text below)
Remote | ~10h/month | 1300 JPY/hour
Responsibilities:
— communication with Japanese supporters
— crowdfunding & donation campaigns
— membership program management
— PR targeting a Japanese audience
