Shinjuku Meeting for Foreign Women

Shinjuku Meeting for Foreign Women

Living in Japan is basically collecting 38 questions and eventually realizing you have no idea who to ask 😂🇯🇵

Why does this “simple” procedure require three separate visits?
How do adults actually make friends here?
Was that a cultural difference… or did something genuinely weird just happen? 😭
Where does everyone meet people?
And most importantly: is everyone else experiencing this too, or is it just me?

That’s exactly the kind of conversation we have at Paruyon. 💛

On September 16, we’re meeting in Shinjuku with foreign women who are also building their lives in Japan.

No lectures, no presentations, and no scary “networking” where you have to introduce yourself like you’re at a job interview. 😂

We just sit together and talk – about work and study, friendships, Japanese rules and cultural surprises, everyday struggles, small victories, big “??? moments”, and everything else that comes with living here.

Come with a specific question. Come because you’d like to meet new people.
Or just come because sometimes you want to talk to people who understand the context without needing a 20-minute explanation first. 😂💛

📅 Wednesday, September 16
🕥 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Shinjuku Multicultural Plaza
Hygeia Building 11F, Shinjuku, Tokyo

Come alone – this is exactly the kind of event where it’s completely normal to walk in knowing absolutely nobody.  And maybe you’ll walk out knowing someone. 💛
