Feeling emotionally exhausted in Japan lately? Trying to stay strong all the time while adapting to a new culture, language, and everyday life abroad? 💭
Paruyon invites foreign women in Japan to join our Online Self-Care & Compassion Workshop – a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and breathe a little deeper ✨
Living abroad can be exciting, but it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, or emotionally draining at times. This workshop is designed as a safe and supportive space where you don’t need to “perform” or have everything figured out. Just come as you are 💛
